Healing is not a performance
There is no single correct way to heal, and people process experiences differently. But repeatedly reopening the same conflict can sometimes signal that something still needs attention.
Notice the pattern
If every conversation returns to the same person, event or grievance, ask what the repetition is doing for you. Is it helping you understand and move forward, or reinforcing a story that keeps you stuck?
Choose your boundaries
You do not have to engage with every accusation, argument or piece of online noise. A boundary can be as simple as deciding that a particular conversation no longer deserves your energy.
Reflection
What would moving forward look like if you stopped needing the other person to understand your version first?
